Bookkeeper Level 1

We have an opening for a bookkeeper to work in our accounting department.



Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage accounting records using QuickBooks

Competency Requirements

  • You must have a strong 4 year background working in QuickBooks desktop.

  • You must have a good understanding of Excel.

  • Experience in posting customers invoices into QuickBooks desktop.

  • Experience in posting customers payments into QuickBooks desktop.

  • Experience in tracking and paying company expenses.

  • And other duties as assigned.

The following are a plus:

  • If you have worked with QuickBooks job costing that is a plus.
  • If you have worked with QuickBooks cost centers that is a plus.



A vendor will be utilized to conduct a background check on all new hires upon acceptance of an offer of employment. Information collected in this application will be verified during the background check process.
