Manage accounting records using QuickBooks
You must have a strong 4 year background working in QuickBooks desktop.
You must have a good understanding of Excel.
Experience in posting customers invoices into QuickBooks desktop.
Experience in posting customers payments into QuickBooks desktop.
Experience in tracking and paying company expenses.
And other duties as assigned.
The following are a plus:
- If you have worked with QuickBooks job costing that is a plus.
- If you have worked with QuickBooks cost centers that is a plus.
A vendor will be utilized to conduct a background check on all new hires upon acceptance of an offer of employment. Information collected in this application will be verified during the background check process.
